What Is Sexual Harassment?
According to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It is not solely about physical contact, but can be any type of unwelcome sexual advances. Sexual harassment can be done in person, email, phone calls, text messages or social media.
